该文将一种特殊形式的技术联盟——核心技术联盟中的企业作为研究对象,以6个城市127个科技型企业为样本,研究影响核心技术联盟内企业知识转移的主要因素,尤其是知识转移的保障机制及核心企业的支持的中介作用。在初步研究基础上,使用SPSS 13.0对各变量进行系统的数据检验和分析,证实了发送方传递知识的能力、接受方学习知识的能力、被转移知识的互补性与知识转移效率具有显著的因果关系,知识转移的保障机制、核心企业的支持程度是知识发送方传递知识的能力、知识接受方学习知识的能力与知识转移效率的中介变量。最后提出了提高发送方的知识转移主动性的建议,希望能为改进企业技术合作不普遍、知识开放度不高的现状提供一定的参考。
In this paper, a special form of technology alliance - the core technology alliance enterprises as the research object, with 6 cities 127 science and technology enterprises as a sample to study the key factors that affect the core technology alliance enterprise knowledge transfer, especially the knowledge The transfer of security mechanisms and support for the core business intermediary role. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the knowledge transfer initiative of the sender, hoping to provide some reference for improving the status quo of enterprise technology cooperation not being widespread and low knowledge openness.
