为了实时获得原油分馏中待控质量指标的可靠数据 ,保证先进过程控制的应用效果 ,建立了分馏过程侧线质量指标的在线观测计算系统 ;利用过程变量数据和部分物性数据 ,进行了不可测的侧线质量指标的动态计算。采用基于小波变换的多尺度数据处理技术 ,保证过程数据的有效性 ;将基于多分辨率分析的过程趋势分析技术和基于规则的模糊专家系统应用于计算结果的在线修正策略 ,保证质量观测的精度 ,从而满足了先进过程控制的要求。
