对化学镀Ni-P-PTFE换热面进行了模拟循环冷却水中CaCO3的结垢实验研究.结果表明,当换热面上有解吸空气泡时,该表面结垢较Cu面加剧;无解吸空气泡时,结垢减轻.并运用分形理论对结垢行为进行了评价,发现化学镀表面垢形之分维值较Cu面的增大了.
The scaling experiment of CaCO3 in simulated circulating cooling water was carried out on electroless Ni-P-PTFE heat transfer surface. The results show that when desorption of air bubbles on the heat transfer surface, the surface fouling worse than Cu surface; The fractal theory was used to evaluate the scaling behavior. It was found that the fractal dimension of the electroless plating surface increased more than the Cu surface.
