目的:观察卵巢早衰(POF)模型小鼠卵巢组织内Th17/Treg表达水平及右归丸的干预作用。方法:采用透明多肽建立小鼠自身免疫性POF模型。RT-PCR法检测卵巢组织Th17、Treg表达水平。结果:模型组Th17表达明显高于正常组和各用药组(P<0.01),模型组Treg表达较正常组明显降低(P<0.01);模型组Th17/Treg表达与其他组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:自身免疫性POF模型小鼠Th17/Treg表达失衡,导致对卵巢组织的免疫性损伤,卵巢组织破坏,卵巢功能最终衰竭。右归丸能通过调节Th17/Treg表达平衡,缓解免疫反应对卵巢组织的损伤,改善卵巢功能。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of Th17 / Treg in ovarian tissue of premature ovarian failure (POF) model mice and the effect of Yougui Wan. Methods: The mouse autoimmune POF model was established by using the transparent peptide. The expression of Th17 and Treg in ovarian tissue was detected by RT-PCR. Results: The expression of Th17 in model group was significantly higher than that in normal group and each drug group (P <0.01), and the expression of Treg in model group was significantly lower than that in normal group (P <0.01). The expression of Th17 / Treg in model group was significantly different from other groups P <0.01). Conclusion: The imbalance of Th17 / Treg expression in autoimmune POF mice leads to immunological damage to ovarian tissue, destruction of ovarian tissue and eventually failure of ovarian function. Yougui Wan can regulate the balance of Th17 / Treg expression, alleviate the immune response to the damage of ovarian tissue, improve ovarian function.
