淀粉是影响烤后烟叶品质的重要物质之一。笔者从淀粉与烟叶品质的关系以及影响烟叶中淀粉含量的因素等方面,综述了烤烟淀粉的研究进展,提出了相应的淀粉调控措施,并展望了可能在近期会出现的相关研究热点。
Starch is one of the important substances that affect the quality of roasted tobacco leaves. In this paper, the research progress of starch in flue-cured tobacco and the corresponding starch regulation and control measures are summarized in terms of the relationship between the quality of starch and tobacco leaf and the factors affecting the starch content in tobacco leaf. The related research hot spots that may appear in the near future are also prospected.
