目的:为自动化药房的建设提供参考。方法:从设计理念、自动化设备和设计方案等方面介绍我院南区自动化药房建设的情况,并总结其运行3年多后的效果。结果:自动化药房的设计遵循设备自动化、布局合理化、服务人性化、管理信息化等原则,结合我院药房位置、药房布局、患者流量、患者特点、服务流程等方面进行整体规划、设计,从功能上分为门诊药房和住院药房,配备了不同的自动化设备并调整了相关发药流程。自运行以来,每年节省人力成本约50万,发药差错率控制在0.01‰以内,患者等候取药时间(约1 min)缩短至原来的1/10,达到了预期目标。结论:基于整体设计的自动化药房优化了发药流程,提高了工作效率和管理效能,提高了药学服务水平。
Objective: To provide a reference for the construction of automated pharmacy. Methods: From the design concept, automation equipment and design programs, we introduced the construction of automated pharmacy in Southern District of our hospital and summarized its effect after more than three years of operation. Results: The design of automated pharmacy follows the principle of equipment automation, rationalization of layout, service humanization and management informatization, and integrates planning, design and function of pharmacy location, pharmacy layout, patient flow, patient characteristics and service flow in our hospital Divided into outpatient pharmacies and hospital pharmacies, equipped with different automation equipment and adjust the relevant dispensing process. Since its inception, it has saved 500,000 manpower costs annually, controlled drug delivery error rate within 0.01 ‰, and patient waiting time for taking medicine (about 1 min) has shortened to 1/10 of the original target. Conclusion: The automated pharmacy based on the overall design optimizes the drug delivery process, improves the work efficiency and management efficiency, and improves the pharmacy service level.
