仅仅局限在中国内部思考民营企业的困境和出路是远远不够的。中国已经是世界级经济体,中国企业完全有可能成为世界经济领导者,肯定这一点,才能看清民营经济之大势,才能避免自怨自艾。对于目前民营企业困境,应该把它放到中国、乃至于整个世界正在经历的大变化的框架中来理解。一是中国经济正在经历一次结构性变化,从价值链的中低端向中高端转进的过程中。中国经济过去40年间,经历了80年代以温州等东南沿海为代表的轻工业化 It is far from enough to confine the plight and exit of private enterprises in China. China is already a world-class economy. It is entirely possible for Chinese enterprises to become world leaders in the economy. Only in this way can we see the general trend of the private economy in order to avoid self-pity. For the current plight of private enterprises, it should be put in China, and even the whole world is undergoing great changes in the framework to understand. First, China’s economy is undergoing a structural change from the low-end to the mid-to-high end of the value chain. Over the past 40 years, China’s economy has experienced the light industrialization represented by the southeast coast of Wenzhou in the 1980s
