电气化作为可持续发展的决定因素已逐渐为人们所认知。对于减少由于直接使用木材、原煤、石油等一次能源而造成的环境污染,实现电气化也是一个关键因素。对于多数发展中国家而言,电气化是推动国家经济发展的有效途径。利用决策支持系统的基本概念,可以很好地辅助分析一个国家的电气化发展水平。文中介绍了名为DSSEA的辅助软件及其应用于中国今后10年的电气化水平方案分析;文中还对BP算法进行了改进,提高了训练的收敛速度和整个系统的效率。
Electrification as a determinant of sustainable development has gradually become known. Electrification is also a key factor in reducing environmental pollution caused by the direct use of primary energy sources such as wood, coal and oil. For most developing countries, electrification is an effective way to promote the country’s economic development. Using the basic concepts of decision support system can be a good adjunct analysis of a country’s level of electrification. In this paper, an assistive software named DSSEA and its application to electrification level program analysis in China for the next 10 years are introduced. The BP algorithm is also improved to improve the convergence speed of training and the efficiency of the whole system.
