本实验用缝合小鸡眼睑的方法造成形觉剥夺近视动物模型,并观察阿托品对诱发近视的影响。结果显示,眼睑缝合10天后,缝合眼睑实验组屈光度为-1.35±0.79D,对照组+1.23±0.79D,差异显著(P<0.05);实验眼轴长9.19±0.32mm,对照眼为8.47±0.33mm,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。而缝合眼睑后玻璃体内注射阿托品组屈光度为+0.15±0.96D,眼轴长为8.71±0.25mm,与对照眼无显著差异(P>0.05)。作者认为,缝合眼睑可导致新生小鸡发生近视,而阿托品玻璃体内注射能防止近视的发生。
In this experiment, the method of suture the chick eyelid caused the shape deprivation myopia animal model and observed the effect of atropine on induced myopia. The results showed that after 10 days of eyelid suture, the eyelid eyelid eyestrain was -1.35 ± 0.79D in the experimental group and 1.23 ± 0.79D in the control group (P <0.05). The axial length of the experimental eye was 9.19 ± 0.32mm, the control eye was 8.47 ± 0.33mm, the difference was highly significant (P <0.01). The intravitreal injection of atropine after sutured the eyelid was +0.15 ± 0.96D and the axial length was 8.71 ± 0.25mm, which was not significantly different from the control eyes (P> 0.05). The authors believe that the closure of the eyelids can cause myopia neonatal chickens, and intravitreal injection of atropine to prevent the occurrence of myopia.
