针对油气管内壁在服役过程中可能出现的裂纹、腐蚀等影响油气管安全运行的缺陷,提出了一种基于地磁场环境下的微磁检测技术。通过对试验样管的内壁制作人工刻槽,根据油气管的现场环境,设计了油气管微磁检测仪,并对油气管内壁进行试验验证。通过对磁传感器采集到的磁场强度进行差分处理分析,并实现了二维成像。试验结果表明,微磁检测对管筒内壁具有很好的检测效果。同时,该成像方法能够直观地显示出缺陷的具体位置,为缺陷的判定带来便捷。
In view of the possible defects such as cracks and corrosion on the inner wall of oil and gas pipe during service, the micro-magnetic detection technology based on geomagnetic environment is proposed. By making artificial groove on the inner wall of the test sample pipe, the micro-magnetic detector for oil and gas pipe is designed according to the site environment of the oil-gas pipe, and the inner wall of the oil-gas pipe is tested and verified. By analyzing the magnetic field intensity collected by the magnetic sensor for differential processing, two-dimensional imaging is realized. The test results show that the micro-magnetic detection of tube wall has a good test results. At the same time, the imaging method can intuitively show the specific location of the defect and bring convenience to the determination of the defect.
