随着工业三废的污染,汞、镉、铅、砷对食品的污染已引人瞩目。我国食品中汞、铅、砷允许含量已制订了标准,而镉这种引起“痛痛病”的金属在食品中的允许含量却尚未制订。根据“预防工业三废对食品污染科研协作组第二次会议”分配给我省的任务,我省调查了220份市售主副食品镉含量,为制订食品中镉允许限量提供参考。
With the industrial pollution of three wastes, mercury, cadmium, lead and arsenic have drawn much attention to food contamination. The allowable content of mercury, lead and arsenic in our country’s food has set the standard. However, the allowable content of metal such as cadmium which causes “pain” in food has not yet been formulated. According to the task of “Disposal of the Second Meeting of Scientific Research Wastewaters on Food Contamination in Scientific Research” assigned to our province, our province investigated the cadmium content of 220 commercial staples and non-staple foodstuffs, providing a reference for formulating the allowable limit of cadmium in food.
