目的:对人性化护理管理在普外科护理管理中的应用效果进行分析。方法:选择我院2013年09月-2015年9月间74例普外科住院患者,患者入院后随机分为两组,一组为观察组,一组为对照组,每组37例,观察组患者采用人性化护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理干预,比较两组患者的管理效果。结果:观察组患者对护理服务满意的有31例,护理总满意度为83.8%;对照组患者对护理服务满意的有20例,护理总满意度为54.1%,两组比较具有统计学差异,P<0.05。对照组患者有7例发生并发症的患者,并发症发生率为18.9%;观察组患者有2例发生并发症的患者,并发症发生率为5.4%,两组比较具有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:人性化护理管理能够降低患者并发症发生率,提升患者护理满意度。
Objective: To analyze the effect of humanized nursing management in general surgical nursing management. Methods: A total of 74 inpatients with general surgery were selected from September 2013 to September 2015 in our hospital. Patients were randomly divided into two groups after admission: one for the observation group and the other for the control group, with 37 cases in each group. The observation group Patients with human intervention, the control group of patients using routine nursing intervention, the management effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results: In the observation group, 31 patients were satisfied with the nursing service and the total satisfaction rate was 83.8%. In the control group, 20 patients were satisfied with the nursing service and 54.1% were satisfied with the nursing. The two groups were statistically different, P <0.05. The control group of patients with complications in 7 patients, the complication rate was 18.9%; observation group of patients with 2 complications occurred in patients with complications was 5.4%, the two groups was statistically significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Humanized nursing management can reduce the incidence of patient complications and improve patient satisfaction.
