利用已经连续培养 35~ 38代、其腋芽增殖生长能力已衰退的香椿试管苗为材料 ,研究了Thidiazuron(TDZ)对叶、叶柄、茎段外植体形成愈伤组织的反应以及对腋芽增殖生长、生根的影响 ,结果显示 ,TDZ+0 .2 m g/ L NAA能使不同外植体形成愈伤组织的能力显著提高 ,其中茎段形成愈伤组织的能力较强。 TDZ小于0 .0 2 mg/ L时对芽的增殖生长起促进作用 ,而且可恢复腋芽旺盛的分枝增殖能力 ;TDZ高于 0 .0 2 mg/ L 则全面抑制生长 ,并随质量浓度的升高变态苗增多 ;经 TDZ培养过的试管苗其生根率并未降低。
