在2009年里,全球金融市场剧烈动荡,国际市场需求大幅萎缩,美欧日经济陷入深度衰退,发展中国家的经济普遍遭遇了很大的困境。从2009年我国的外贸市场发展状况来看,2009年1～11月,全国进出口总值为19640亿美元,同比下降了17.5%,其中出口量为10709.8亿美元,同比下降了18.8%;进口量为8930.2亿美元,同比下降了15.8%。安防产业作为国民经济的一个组成部分,在2009年里我国的安防外销市场自然而然地呈现出很大的下滑态势,广大安防企业更是遭遇了前所未有的经济寒冬。
