采用小鼠热板法测痛，脑室注射ＣａＣｌ０．３ｕｍｏｌ及皮下注射维拉帕米５ｍｇ／ｋｇ的镇痛作用均无明显影响，脑室注射乙二醇双醚四乙酸（ＥＧＴＡ）５ｎｍｏｌ可增强ＤＡＢＡ的镇痛作用，结果揭示ＤＡＢＡ的镇痛作用可能与中枢无明显关系。
