目的:通过观察葛藤分散片对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠模型的影响,阐述其对骨质疏松症的作用机理,为临床应用提供药效学依据。方法:Wistar大鼠手术切除双侧卵巢3天后,按照体重随机分组,每天灌胃葛藤分散片200mg/kg、100mg/kg和50mg/kg,并设模型组,假手术组和尼尔雌醇阳性对照组,给药6个月后,测定大鼠骨密度,股骨力学性能,骨质量和体积比值,BGP,25-HVD,BAP,CTX-I和TRAP5b水平等指标。结果:葛藤分散片3个给药组均明显提高骨组织抗外力作用,其中以200mg/kg组作用最为明显;不同给药组不同程度改善造模引起的骨质疏松表现,3个剂量组均具有显著性统计学差异,其中200mg/kg组作用最显著。结论:考察了葛藤分散片对去卵巢骨质疏松模型的治疗作用,证明了葛藤分散片对雌激素缺乏引起的骨质疏松症具有明显的改善作用,为临床应用提供药效学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of kudzu dispersible tablets on rat model of osteoporosis induced by ovariectomy, and to elucidate the mechanism of action of kudzu dispersible tablets on osteoporosis in rats and provide pharmacodynamic evidence for clinical application. Methods: Wistar rats were ovariectomized three days later. It was proved that kudzu dispersible tablets could significantly improve osteoporosis caused by estrogen deficiency and provide pharmacodynamic basis for clinical application.
