针对传统压气站照明系统分布范围广、控制方式复杂等问题,通过智能化改造实现整个压气站照明系统的智能控制。结合站控系统已有的工业以太网(Ethernet)架构,设计了基于工业Ethernet结构的计算机监控系统,系统由远程监控终端(RTU)、TCP/IP光电转换器、RS-485及其TCP/IP光电转换器、客户交换机和上位计算机组成。上位计算机根据所在场所的经纬度及日期判断天黑及天亮时间,每天均可实现对照明系统的定时开关。实施效果表明:该改造方案具有智能化程度高、抗干扰能力强及性价比高等优点,对传统场站照明控制系统的改造有较强的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the problems such as the wide distribution of the lighting system of the traditional compressor station and the complicated control methods, the intelligent control of the lighting system of the whole compressor station is realized through the intelligent transformation. Based on the existing industrial Ethernet (Ethernet) architecture of station control system, a computer monitoring system based on industrial Ethernet is designed. The system consists of a remote monitoring terminal (RTU), TCP / IP converter, RS- Photoelectric converter, customer switch and host computer. According to the location of the host computer latitude and longitude and date to determine the dark and dawn time, lighting systems can be achieved every day the timer switch. The implementation results show that the reconstruction program has the advantages of high intelligence, strong anti-interference ability and high cost performance, which is of great reference to the reconstruction of the traditional field station lighting control system.
