目的探讨连作对穿心莲植株生长及药材质量的影响。方法以盆栽穿心莲为对象进行连作试验,在栽培周期内测定不同连作年限(连作0~2年)穿心莲植株的生长指标、生理指标、产量及活性成分含量。结果穿心莲植株的株高、叶总面积、叶绿素含量及产量均随着连作年限的增加而增加,连作1,2年与连作0年比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);连作后穿心莲花期和果期提前了5~7 d;连作1,2年的穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯含量均比连作0年的降低;穿心莲叶片膜脂过氧化程度及抗氧化酶活性测定发现丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性均随连作年限的增加而升高。结论连作后的穿心莲长势良好、产量提高,连作胁迫产生的活性氧可及时被酶系统清除,连作对穿心莲的主要障碍效应表现为活性成分含量的降低。
Objective To investigate the effects of continuous cropping on the growth of Herba Andrographis and its medicinal quality. Methods Potato andrographis was used as a continuous cropping experiment. The growth indexes, physiological indexes, yield and active ingredients contents of andrographis paniculata were determined in different continuous cropping years (continuous cropping 0 ~ 2 years). Results The plant height, total leaf area, chlorophyll content and yield of Andrographis paniculata increased with the increasing of continuous cropping duration. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) between continuous cropping 1 and 2 years and continuous cropping 0 years (P <0.05) Flowering and fruiting stages of 5 to 7 days ahead of schedule; even 1, 2 years of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were lower than even for 0 years; the androshematica leaf membrane lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme activity assay found two The activities of aldehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) increased with the increase of the continuous working years. CONCLUSION Continuous flowering of Andrographis paniculata shows good growth and yield increase. The active oxygen produced by continuous cropping can be cleared by the enzyme system in time. The main obstacle effect of continuous cropping on the andrographis paniculata is the decrease of active ingredients.
