有些石油测井仪器,使用时间不长,就由于人为因素导致过早损坏,结果耽误了测井工作,影响了石油生产。这些人为因素有的存在于仪器制作过程,有的发生在仪器使用当中。本文从增强生产者和使用者责任意识方面来分析对仪器使用寿命的重要性。石油化工的设计中经常要涉及到大型设备基础的建设,而大型设备基础裂缝控制在维护设备的平稳运转方面有着重要的作用。文章从引发石油化工大型设备基础中混凝土施工裂缝的主要因素入手,重点的论述了混凝土原材料的质量控制、温度控制、施工中控制、浇筑后的保温养护以及浇筑后的保温养护。
Some oil logging tools, use time is not long, due to premature human damage, resulting in delayed logging, affecting oil production. Some of these human factors exist in the instrument manufacturing process, and some occur in the use of the instrument. This article analyzes the importance of instrument life in terms of increasing producer and user awareness of responsibility. The design of petrochemical industry often involves the construction of large-scale equipment foundation, while the control of large-scale equipment foundation cracks plays an important role in maintaining the smooth operation of equipment. This article starts with the main factors which lead to the crack in concrete construction in large petrochemical equipment foundation. The paper mainly discusses the quality control of concrete raw materials, temperature control, control in construction, thermal insulation after pouring, and thermal insulation after pouring.
