一、前言在纺织机中,由于粗、细纱的纱支不一,故锭速也不一。由此产生振动的幅度也不一。所以,锭速和振动成了衡量纺纱机的重要性能之一。现采用计算机监控的方法,不仅克服了以往对转速和振动的人工测量之不足,而且可以一次将多个测量结果,由显示器、打印机显示,打印出来。该系统不仅可用于纺纱机锭子、络筒机槽筒转速与振动的监控,而且可用于其它机械转速和振动的质量监控,尤其是对高速运转的机械进行监控。该系统主要性能:测速范围:0~90000转/分
