学案教学是教育教学发展进步的产物,需要教师及时调整教学思路和教学模式,引导学生自主学习,主动获取知识,从而提高学生的整体素质。分层次教学面向全体学生,承认学生个体差异,改变大一统的教学模式,按学生在某一学科的学习程度和学习能力,因材施教,以达到全面进步的目的。
