近几年来民用雷达电子设备市场投入及使用量不断上升,雷达电子设备机箱的性能不断提升。通风孔是雷达电子设备机散热系统的重要组件,通风口面积的大小直接影响风量和风机性能。通风口具有设计灵活性的特点,因此,通过调节通风孔设计,优化机柜及风箱的结构布局,可极大程度提高民用雷达电子设备的性能。本文将雷达电子化设备机柜通风孔的设计原理及应用情况进行分析,为项目设计及风机和散热系统的调试提供参考依据。
In recent years, the market input and usage of civil radar electronic equipment have been on the rise, and the performance of the radar electronic equipment chassis has been continuously improved. Ventilation is an important component of the radar electronic equipment cooling system, the size of the vent area directly affects the air volume and fan performance. Vents provide design flexibility and, as a result, the design of vents and the structural layout of cabinets and bellows are optimized to greatly enhance the performance of civil radar electronics. In this paper, the design principles and application of ventilation holes in the radar electronic equipment cabinet are analyzed to provide reference for project design and commissioning of fan and cooling system.
