目的:考察纯化膨润土作为分散片崩解剂的性能。方法:将2种纯化膨润土与MCC、L-HPC、PVPP、CMS-Na以不同比例混合,选择不同混合崩解剂作为布洛芬分散片的崩解剂,采用均匀设计优化布洛芬分散片的处方,以溶出度T50为指标。结果:以纯化膨润土混合崩解剂制备的优化处方的布洛芬分散片溶出快,可形成较均匀的混悬液,崩解微粒可通过710微米的筛网。结论:纯化膨润土A样可作为分散片的崩解剂。
Objective: To investigate the properties of purified bentonite as dispersible tablet disintegrant. Methods: Two kinds of purified bentonites were mixed with MCC, L-HPC, PVPP and CMS-Na in different proportions. Different disintegrants were selected as disintegrants for the ibuprofen dispersible tablets. The uniform design of ibuprofen dispersible tablets Of the prescription to the dissolution T50 as an indicator. RESULTS: The optimized formulation of ibuprofen dispersible tablets prepared with purified bentonite mixed disintegrant dissolved rapidly and formed a more uniform suspension. The disintegrated particles passed through a 710 μm sieve. Conclusion: Purified bentonite A can be used as disintegrating agent for dispersible tablets.
