目的研究分化抑制因子-2(Id-2)在人食管癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达水平及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学及图像分析技术检测Id-2蛋白在60例食管癌组织及60例癌旁组织中的表达水平,采用半定量RT-PCR方法检测Id-2mRNA的表达水平。结果 Id-2蛋白在食管癌组织中表达水平明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.01),Id-2 mRNA在食管癌组织中表达水平高于癌旁组织(P<0.01);Id-2蛋白表达水平的高低与患者的性别、年龄、淋巴结转移等的相关性无统计学意义(P均>0.05);Id-2蛋白表达与肿瘤的分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05),与肿瘤浸润深度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Id-2蛋白及Id-2mRNA在食管癌组织的表达水平升高可作为判断食管癌发生、发展的一个重要生物分子学指标。
Objective To study the expression level of differentiation inhibitory factor-2 (Id-2) in human esophageal cancer tissues and adjacent tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods Immunohistochemical and image analysis techniques were used to detect the expression of Id-2 protein in 60 cases of esophageal cancer tissues and 60 cases of adjacent tissues. The expression of Id-2 mRNA was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. Results The expression level of Id-2 protein in esophageal cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissue (P<0.01). The expression of Id-2 mRNA in esophageal cancer tissue was higher than that in adjacent tissue (P<0.01); Id-2 protein There was no significant correlation between the level of expression and the patient’s gender, age, lymph node metastasis, etc. (P>0.05). The expression of Id-2 protein was negatively correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation (P<0.05). The depth was positively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusion The increased expression of Id-2 protein and Id-2 mRNA in esophageal cancer can be used as an important biomolecular indicator to determine the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer.
