采用叶源枝类、部位及采叶期三因子试验设计 ,连续 3a每年 7~ 1 1月每隔 30 d采摘叶片测定银杏雄株的单叶面积、干物质含量、比叶鲜重、比叶干重和类黄酮含量 .结果表明 :银杏 SLFW与类黄酮含量的季节变化表现出相同的趋势 ,并在 1 0月份出现最大值 ;长枝叶片的干物质含量及类黄酮含量显著高于中、短枝 ;1 a生枝叶片的比叶鲜重、比叶干重及单叶面积明显大于多年生枝 ;不同采叶期的叶片干物质含量、比叶鲜重、比叶干重和类黄酮含量差异显著或极显著 ;不同枝类叶片在各个生长发育期的干物质含量不同 .
The three-factor design of leaves branches, parts and leaf-harvesting period was used to measure leaf area, dry matter content, specific fresh weight and specific leaf weight of male plants of Ginkgo biloba for successive 3 years from July to January every January. Dry weight and flavonoid content.The results showed that the seasonal changes of SLFW content and flavonoid content showed the same trend and reached the maximum value in January 10. The dry matter content and flavonoid content of long branch leaves were significantly higher than those of medium, Short branches; 1 a branch leaves fresh weight, specific leaf dry weight and single leaf area was significantly larger than perennial branches; different leaf harvest leaves dry matter content, specific leaf fresh weight, leaf dry weight and flavonoid content difference Significant or very significant; different branches of the leaves in each growth and development of different dry matter content.
