企业软实力是国家软实力在社会微观经济层面的表现形式,是企业拥有的并得到企业利益相关者认同的一种特有资源。建立企业软实力理念超越了传统的企业竞争观,呼应了人们对转变现有企业竞争方式的期待,有利于企业经营者形成新的企业愿景与战略理念。企业的制度化管理是企业通过制定并落实制度来管理企业的方法和手段,是构建企业软实力的基本前提和重要保障。对制度的尊重、对细节和程序的执着、对员工的职业规范和人文关怀等,是构建企业软实力的有效途径。
The soft power of a firm is the manifestation of the national soft power in the microeconomic level of the society and is a kind of special resource owned by the enterprise and endorsed by the enterprise stakeholders.
