高校图书馆管理员与大学生读者是相互依存、相互作用、相互促进、缺一不可的矛盾共同体。图书馆管理员和大学生读者一要认清这种关系,搞好各自的思想定位;二要学会换位思考,搞好心灵对接,做知心朋友,以缩短两者之间的距离,拉近两者之间的关系;三要认真履行各自的职责和义务,做到互相配合、监督和支持。只有这样,才能使图书馆管理员的服务质量和大学生读者的知识水平同时得到不断提升,从而促进高校图书馆的事业不断向前发展。
University library administrators and college students readers are interdependent, interacting, mutually reinforcing and indispensable contradictory community.
