用杂交瘤技术制备抗弓形虫单克隆抗体，经蛋白印迹试验证实：12A10、12C4杂交瘤株分泌抗弓形虫主要外膜蛋白P30的单克隆抗体。其免疫球蛋白均为IgG类。
The monoclonal antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii were prepared by the hybridoma technique. The results of Western blotting confirmed that the monoclonal antibodies against P30, the major outer membrane protein of Toxoplasma gondii, were secreted by the hybridomas 12A10 and 12C4. The immunoglobulins are all of IgG class.
