目的观察阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病伴高脂血症的疗效。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年1月收治的初发2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者单纯使用二甲双胍,观察组在对照组基础上加用阿卡波糖,比较两组患者治疗前后的血脂、血糖指标变化及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h-PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)水平均显著低于对照组;甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均显著低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著高于对照组,降糖总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用阿卡波糖和二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病伴高脂血症,能有效降低血糖及血脂水平,疗效显著,且不会增加不良反应,临床应用优势显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of acarbose combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia. Methods Eighty patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia admitted from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with metformin only. The observation group was given acarbose on the basis of the control group, and the changes of blood lipid and blood glucose and the adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial 2h-PG and Hb Alc were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group. Triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) , Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly lower than the control group, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels were significantly higher than the control group, the total effective rate of hypoglycemic significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically Significance (P <0.05). Conclusions The combination of acarbose and metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia can effectively reduce blood glucose and blood lipid levels, with significant curative effect and no adverse reactions. The clinical application has obvious advantages and is worthy of clinical promotion.
