为实现含聚污水浓度的在线光学检测,利用IRTracer-100傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测量了封装窗口-含聚污水-封装窗口三层光学腔的透射特性。基于透射比并结合K-K关系式反演液体样品光学参数,使用Matlab软件对含聚污水的光学腔透射特性进行数据拟合。仿真结果表明,含聚污水含光学腔的透射特性与其浓度之间的关系没有呈现一定的规律性,基于含聚污水光学常数反演的透射特性与其浓度拟合效果较好,拟合精度为0.932 69,误差范围为0.13%~2.32%。对基于光学方法在线检测油田含聚污水浓度具有指导意义。
In order to realize on-line optical detection of polyconcentrated sewage concentration, the transmissivity of the three-layer optical cavity in the package window-poly-polluted water-encapsulating window was measured by using IRTracer-100 Fourier transform infrared spectrometer. Based on the transmittance and the K-K relation, the optical parameters of the liquid sample were retrieved, and the Matlab software was used to fit the transmission characteristics of the optical cavity containing polluted water. The simulation results show that the relationship between the transmission properties of the optical cavity containing polluted water and its concentration does not show a certain regularity. The transmission characteristics based on the optical constants of the polluted wastewater fits the concentration well, and the fitting accuracy is 0.932 69, the error range is 0.13% ~ 2.32%. It is instructive to detect the concentration of contaminated sewage in oilfield online based on optical method.
