成人呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的病理特征是急性肺损伤,本研究采用静注同种犬脂肪提取液(脂肪液)的方法,复制犬RDS模型。实验分三组进行:致伤组,静注脂肪液1.5 ml/kg;治疗组,注射等量脂肪液后立即静注己酮可可碱(pentoxifylline,PTX)20mg/kg,并以6mg·kg~(-1)h维持;对照组,静注等量生理盐水。动物于伤后6h活杀。致伤组伤后观察到:(1)犬呼吸不断加快,窘迫,低氧血症出现早而明显;(2)支气管肺泡
The pathological feature of adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is acute lung injury. In this study, RDS model was duplicated by intravenous injection of fat extract of the same kind of dog. The experiment was divided into three groups: injuried group, intravenous fat solution 1.5 ml / kg; treatment group, the same amount of fat solution injected intravenously pentoxifylline (pentoxifylline, PTX) 20mg / kg, and 6mg · kg ~ (-1) h maintained; control group, intravenous injection of equal amount of saline. Animal killed 6h after injury. Injured group was observed after injury: (1) dog breath to accelerate, distress, hypoxemia appeared early and obvious; (2) bronchial alveoli
