目的通过比较分析社区卫生服务不同服务方式的优缺点和适用范围,提出各地选择适宜的服务提供方式的基本原则。方法整理分析对社区卫生服务机构负责人的访谈资料和各机构的文件资料,将各地社区卫生服务不同的服务提供方式进行分类,并对各自的优缺点及适用范围进行比较。结果目前社区卫生服务的服务提供方式有全科团队服务、家庭责任医生服务、片区服务、特色服务、契约服务、上门服务、电话服务、大规模服务及坐堂服务,不同的服务方式有各自的优缺点,并适用于不同的范围和条件。结论上海的全科团队服务、杭州的家庭责任医生服务及武汉的片区服务是社区卫生服务可推广的服务提供方式,但将这些适宜的服务提供方式进行推广和应用时,要坚守以人为中心、需求为导向、社区为范围、家庭为单位,以此维护和促进人群健康。 Objective By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different service modes of community health service and the applicable scope, this paper puts forward the basic principles of selecting appropriate service delivery modes in different places. Methods To analyze and analyze the interview information of the heads of community health service agencies and the documents and materials of various agencies, and to classify the service delivery modes of different community health services, and compare their strengths, weaknesses and scope of application. Results The current community health service delivery services include general team service, family responsibility doctor service, area service, special service, contractual service, on-site service, telephone service, large-scale service and sitting service. Different service modes have their own advantages Disadvantages and applies to different ranges and conditions. Conclusion Shanghai’s GP team service, Hangzhou’s family doctor service and Wuhan’s district service are the service delivery methods for community health services. However, when promoting and applying these suitable service delivery methods, we must stick to the people-centered approach, Demand-oriented, community-wide, family-based, in order to maintain and promote the health of the population.
