苏府[2012]267号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会:市各委办局,各直属单位:经市政府同意,现将《苏州市电子商务“十二五”发展规划》印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。2012年12月18日苏州市电子商务“十二五”发展规划本规划根据《苏州市国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》制定,旨在更好地推进全市国家电子商务示范城市建设,进一步发挥电子商务在推进经济发展方式转变和产业转型升级中的引领和带动作用。本规划是“十二五”(2011～2015年)期间引导和促进全市电子商务发展的重要依据。
