对富氧底吹炼铜烟气干法骤冷收砷技术应用中的难点进行阐述,分析了影响烟气露点的主要因素,介绍了生产实践中的解决方法。干法骤冷收砷技术应用于富氧底吹炼铜系统,实现了铜冶炼系统砷元素的无害化处理。
The difficulties in the application of dry quenching and arsenic recovery technology for the oxygen-enriched bottom blowing copper flue gas are expounded. The main factors affecting the dew point of the flue gas are analyzed. The solutions in the production practice are introduced. The dry quenching and arsenic recovery technology is applied to the oxygen-enriched bottom blowing copper system to realize the innocuous treatment of arsenic in the copper smelting system.
