单井加药操作作为采油井生产管理的一项重要工作,在生产过程中华北油田公司采油四厂别古庄采油作业区根据油井不同的生产状况、原油特性进行分类,通过三种方法提高抽油机井加药效率:。一是根据抽油机井是否有井口房、是否是拉油井点选择点滴加药法和焊接三角架,改进加药罐的方法加药;二是借助分离器压液面原理,连接气平衡旁通线,提高加药速度;三是利用计量泵做动力,改进车载加药装置。通过选择合适的加药方法,将单井平均加药时间由32分钟降至11分钟,提高了工作效率;改进加药装置后,单井加药负重由原来的350千克降至100千克,单井工作量变为原来的29%,减轻了工人的工作量;减少药剂漏失量达1010kg,减少了环境污染;减少了天然气放空量,年节约天然气量202m3,实现了节能减排,并累计创效4209元。
