财务管理关系到企业的发展与生存,是企业经济管理中的重要组成部分,也是企业管理的核心,关系着企业的可持续发展。目前,许多铁路企业对财务管理越来越重视,但财务管理制度仍不够完善,要充分发挥财务管理在铁路企业经济管理中的重要作用,就需要将财务管理进行健全和完善。本文主要对目前铁路企业财务管理工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出合理有效的解决措施,充分发挥财务管理的作用,促使铁路企业能够健康有序的发展。 Financial management is related to the development and survival of an enterprise. It is an important part of an enterprise’s economic management and also the core of enterprise management, which is related to the sustainable development of an enterprise. At present, many railway enterprises attach more and more importance to financial management, but the financial management system is still not perfect. To fully exert the important role of financial management in the economic management of railway enterprises, we need to improve and perfect the financial management. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the financial management of railway enterprises and puts forward reasonable and effective solutions to give full play to the role of financial management to promote the healthy and orderly development of railway enterprises.
