根据体育课程资源理论,通过对秦巴山区中学体育课程人力、设施、内容等资源的现状进行统计分析研究。提出相应地开发对策:创新教师培训机制,开发“专家引领”的资源优势;拓宽筹资渠道,优化管理体制,合理配置设施资源;开发校本课程,挖掘乡土教材,凸显地方特色。
According to the theory of physical education curriculum resources, this paper makes a statistic analysis of the present situation of human resources, facilities, contents and other resources of middle school PE classes in Qinling-Bashan Mountains. Put forward corresponding development countermeasures: innovate the teacher training mechanism, develop the resource advantage of “expert lead ”; broaden the financing channels, optimize the management system and rationally allocate facilities resources; develop school-based courses; excavate native teaching materials and highlight local features.
