本文试验测定了固定床的传热数据。计算和分析表明:床高效应反映了加热段进口热边界层对传热参数的影响,不能通过在传热模型中引入轴向导热项或采用抛物线型进口边界条件获得补偿;轴向导热项对拟合传热参数以及模拟床层内的温度场均无意义,因此拟均相模型应该采用PF模型的形式。要想得到可靠的传热参数,必须通过不同床高下的传热数据来获得传热参数的渐近值。
This paper tests the fixed bed heat transfer data. The calculation and analysis show that the bed effect reflects the influence of the thermal boundary layer on the heat transfer parameters in the heating section and can not be compensated by the introduction of axial heat conduction or the parabolic boundary conditions in the heat transfer model. Fitting the heat transfer parameters and the temperature field in the simulated bed are meaningless, so the quasi-homogeneous model should be in the form of PF model. To obtain reliable heat transfer parameters, the asymptotic values of the heat transfer parameters must be obtained from the heat transfer data for different bed heights.
