在国内高校本科教育发展的大背景下,外语专业学生就业压力不断加剧。而行业发展的新需求导致如翻译、涉外导游、会展接待等现代服务业在外语人才需求中上升势头明显。针对这些现状,本课题以对浙江外国语学院、浙江工业大学、浙江师范大学、杭州师范大学等4校近3年外语专业毕业生及用人单位为对象,围绕岗位胜任力描述、毕业生胜任力使用情况自评、用人单位对毕业生的胜任力评价和期待,设计问卷并开展抽样调查,在此基础上进行分析,为浙江省外语本科人才培养提出相对明确、具有价值与可参考性的建议与思考。
Under the background of the development of undergraduate education in China, the employment pressure of foreign language majors is increasing. However, the new demands of the development of the industry have led to the obvious upward trend in the demand for foreign language talents in modern service industries such as translators, foreign tour guides and convention and exhibition receptions. In view of these current situations, this topic is aimed at graduates and employers of 4 foreign languages such as Zhejiang University of Foreign Studies, Zhejiang University of Technology, Zhejiang Normal University and Hangzhou Normal University in recent 3 years. Based on the description of job competency and the competency of graduates, Self-assessment of the situation, employers evaluation and expectations of the competency of graduates, the design of questionnaires and carry out sampling surveys on the basis of analysis to provide a relatively clear, valuable and reference suggestions for the cultivation of foreign language undergraduate in Zhejiang Province Thinking.
