应用合酶链反应(PCR),核酸分子杂交和病毒分离技术检测了7例临床诊断为病毒性脑炎患者及10例其他神经疾病对照组患者的脑脊液(CSF)中单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)DNA。结果PCR检出5例脑炎患者CSF中HSVDNA阳性,其中HSV1型(HSV-1)2例,HSV2型(HSV-2)3例,而核酸杂交方法仅检出2例,其中HSV-1和HSV-2各1例,与病毒分离法结果一致。PCR技术在无菌性脑炎的诊断上具有更高的敏感性和特异性,因而较为实用。实验还比较了2种DNA模板制备方法,煮沸法简便快速,更宜推广。
The herpes simplex virus (HSV) DNA in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of 7 clinically diagnosed patients with viral encephalitis and 10 controls of other neurological diseases was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), nucleic acid hybridization and virus isolation techniques . Results HSV-1 was detected in CSF of 5 encephalitis patients, including 2 HSV-1 (HSV-1) and 3 HSV-2 HSV-2, and only 2 HSV- HSV-2 in 1 case, consistent with the results of virus isolation. PCR technology in the diagnosis of aseptic encephalitis with higher sensitivity and specificity, which is more practical. The experiment also compared the preparation of two kinds of DNA template, boiled method is simple and quick, more suitable to promote.
