随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立,医药卫生体制改革的深化,医疗市场的日益成熟,面对日益竞争激烈的医疗市场,医院实现自身健康快速发展,医院营销日益成为现代医院提高经济效益和社会效益、提升整体管理水平的有效手段与方法。本文分析了医院营销的必要性,并对当前我国医院营销管理中存在的问题提出了相应的解决策略。
