初中阶段的“教育疲惫”学生对老师的教育有抵触情绪,怎样消除抵触,班主任和他们的沟通交流方法值得探讨。通过教学教育实践,总结出三个阶段的对应办法——冷处理对待“热”动静,消除抵触;学会倾听,赢得信任;自省主动,接受教育。
