含有稀土的陶瓷材料钙钛矿型复合氧化物,在一定条件下,对特定的化学反应,具有催化活性。含烯土镧的四元复合氧化物 R_xB_(1-x)M)yT_(1-y)O_3,在80~90℃的较低温度和1大气压下,对 NO_x 和 CO 的氧化还原有催化作用。在微反应器中,通入模拟的大功率 CO_2激光器的工作气体,测定不同温度和不同空速下的氮氧化物转化率,结果表明这类氧化物可以作为实现 CO_2激光器工作气体在器腔内循环转化的催化剂,从而为延长激光器的连续工作时间创造了条件。
