随着高职高专的教学改革,英语教学已逐步摆脱传统的模式,开展了以工作过程为导向、以能力训练为本位的课程改革。基于真实的工作任务分析,很多学校的酒店英语课程开展了项目化教学。但是,项目化教学是否收到了如期的效果,学生相关的英语水平是否有所提高?笔者依据一学年进行的项目化教学所总结的经验,细致分析了这一过程的每个环节,探讨如何正确地进行改革以提高高职酒店英语课程的教学质量。
