采用间隙元法求解金属圆管在爆炸焊接时的二维弹粘塑性大变形的接触问题,对圆管内包爆炸焊接的全过程作了详细分析,并对某一具体工程问题进行了计算,得到了爆炸焊接所需的最低爆炸压力(即最小装药量).研究方法及其结果具有较大的工程应用价值
The gap element method is used to solve the two-dimensional elasto-plastic deformation of the metal pipe during explosion welding. The whole process of the explosion-welding of the pipe is analyzed in detail and a specific engineering problem is solved. The minimum explosion pressure required for explosive welding (ie minimum charge). The research methods and their results have great value in engineering application
