千叶县农业试验场开发出低成本而不降低质量的水果运输包装新技术。其方法是采用特殊渗透膜调节包装容器内的气体浓度,使之保持有利水果保质的适当成分,能在常温下长时间运输和保存,从而大幅度降低运输成本,并有利于出口等远距离运输。 该技术使用的方法简单,是将称作聚硅酮系列气体渗透膜的高分子膜贴在包装容器挖出的窗孔处。这种膜对二氧化碳(CO_2)而言不怎么容易透过,但有向外侧排出氧气的作用。
Chiba agricultural experiment site to develop a low-cost but not reduce the quality of fruit transport packaging technology. The method uses the special permeable membrane to adjust the gas concentration in the packaging container so as to maintain the appropriate composition for favorable fruit shelf life and can be transported and stored for a long time at normal temperature so as to greatly reduce the transportation cost and facilitate the long- . The technique uses a simple method of attaching a polymeric membrane, known as a silicone series gas permeable membrane, to a window dug in a packaging container. This membrane is less permeable to carbon dioxide (CO2) but has the effect of expelling oxygen to the outside.
