目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子(Tunmornecrosisfactor,TNF)血栓素A_2(ThromboxaneA_2,TXA_2)、前列环素(PrsotaglandinI_2,PGI_2)在缺血性急性肾衰(Ischemiaacuterenalfailure,IARF)发病中的作用机制及新天液对IARF保护作用机理。方法:动物随机分成对照组、模型组和新天组。模型组采用皮下注射50%甘油等渗盐水,建立IARF大鼠模型。新天组每口药物准胃1次,共3日。分别测定循环血中TNF、TXAZ和peilZ的含量。结果:新天液能显著降低大鼠循环血TNF、TXA含量,升高PGIZ含量。结论:新天液对IARF具有明显的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of action of Thromboxane A_2 (TXA_2) and PGI_2 in the pathogenesis of ischemic acute renal failure (IARF) and the effect of Xintian Ye on IARF protection mechanism. Methods: Animals were randomly divided into control group, model group and Xintian group. The model group was subcutaneously injected with 50% glycerol isotonic saline to establish a rat model of IARF. Xintian group quasi gastric stomach 1 time, a total of 3 days. The levels of TNF, TXAZ and peilZ in circulating blood were measured respectively. Results: Xintian liquid can significantly reduce the circulating blood TNF, TXA levels, increased PGIZ content. Conclusion: Xintian liquid has obvious protective effect on IARF.
