本文研究了在0.03 mol·L~(-1)K_2SO_4底液中pH(4.0~4.3)条件下,维生素K_1在悬汞电极上产生灵敏的吸附还原波,峰电位为-0.09V(vs.SCE)。维生素K_1在1.0×10~(-9)~8.0×10~(-1)mol·L~(-1)浓度范围内与导数峰高成正比关系,可不经分离直接测定中草药中维生素K_1的含量。维生素K_1常用于抗出血剂,因此对维生素K_1在食品、药材中含量的测定,已引起人们的兴趣,目前测定维生素K_1的方法多为色谱法,一般极谱法也
In this paper, we studied the sensitive adsorption reduction of vitamin K 1 on the hanging mercury electrode under 0.03 mol·L -1 K 2 SO 4 at pH 4.0-4.3. The peak potential was -0.09 V (vs.SCE ). Vitamin K_1 was directly proportional to the peak height of derivative in the concentration range of 1.0 × 10 -9 to 8.0 × 10 -1 mol·L -1 and the content of vitamin K 1 in Chinese herbs could be determined without isolation .
