目的了解大学生心理健康与自我接纳的关系。方法随机抽取唐山市两所大学,采用SCL-90和自我接纳问卷(SAQ)对这两所学校的81名学生进行了调查。结果①SCL-90的总分与SAQ的总分以及SAQ的两个因子:自我接纳和自我评价的得分呈显著负相关;②SAQ与SCL-90的九个因子:强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性及第十因子呈显著负相关,而与躯体化的相关无统计学上的意义。结论大学生的心理健康与自我接纳密切相关。
Objective To understand the relationship between college students’ mental health and self-acceptance. Methods Two universities in Tangshan were randomly selected and 81 students from both schools were investigated using SCL-90 and Self-Acceptance Questionnaire (SAQ). Results ① There was a significant negative correlation between the total score of SCL-90 and the total score of SAQ and the two factors of SAQ: the score of self-acceptance and self-evaluation. ②The nine factors of SAQ and SCL-90 were obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, Anxiety, hostility, horror, paranoia, psychosis and the tenth factor was significantly negatively correlated, but with somatization was not statistically significant. Conclusion The mental health and self-acceptance of college students are closely related.
