采用充液拉深与分区变压边力结合的新工艺,应用软件Dynaform5.7对铝合金汽车车门外板的成形过程进行了数值模拟。研究了不同液室压力曲线对车门外板成形性能的影响,选取了合理的压边圈的分区方式及压边力组合方案。模拟结果表明,应用分区变压边力充液拉深所获得的零件,成形精度及厚度分布的均匀性都有很大的提高,厚度减薄量减小。
Adopting the new technology of filling and deepening with the combination of variable blank holder force, the application of Dynaform5.7 is used to simulate the forming process of aluminum alloy vehicle door outer panel. The influence of different liquid chamber pressure curves on the forming performance of the door outer panel was studied. The reasonable partitioning modes of the bead ring and the combination of blank holder force were selected. The simulation results show that the parts, the forming precision and the uniformity of the thickness distribution obtained by the zonal blank holder are greatly improved and the thickness reduction is reduced.
